This tournament was a great learning experience for the 9-under team.  For many of them, it was their first time playing with lead-offs.  They did a great job adapting to "real baseball".

Lots of pick-off plays, lots of base stealing, and a great learning experience for the kids.  They hope to keep playing this style of baseball.

The last game was well played and very exciting.  A well pitched game with lots of great defensive plays and probably the best opposing pitcher year-to-date.  A hard throwing 10-year-old with an excellent pick-off move.
